How long does shipping take?+

Orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 3–5 business days across the EU, and 5–9 business days internationally. Free shipping on all orders over €60.

What is your return policy?+

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If a product isn't right for your skin, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — opened or unopened.

Do you ship internationally?+

Yes — we currently ship to the EU, UK, US, and Canada, with more regions added regularly.

Ingredients & Formulation

Are your products cruelty-free?+

Always. No Lumières Vive product is tested on animals, at any formulation stage, in any market.

Are the formulas suitable for sensitive skin?+

Most of our line is formulated without fragrance, sulfates or parabens. Each product page lists full ingredients — we recommend a patch test for any new active, especially retinal-based formulas like the Crème de Nuit.

Can I use the Sérum Ageless with other actives?+

Yes. It's designed to layer well with vitamin C in the morning and retinal-based products at night. Introduce one new active at a time.

How do I track my order?+

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also reach us via the Contact page with your order number.

How is my personal data used?+

We only use your information to process orders and, if you opt in, send occasional skincare and offer emails. We never sell your data to third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Can I cancel or modify an order?+

Orders can be modified within 1 hour of placement — contact our care team immediately and we'll do our best to accommodate changes before fulfillment.
